- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sage
- 1 cup apple jelly heated
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
- Rub meat with seasonings. Put in ziplock bag or marinade container. Pour mixed remaining ingredients over meat. Marinate all day, turning bag or container every hour or so. Barbecue on barbecue with indirect method or bake open in oven. Baste often with marinade.
