Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 onion small, chopped
- 2 tbsp green pepper
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp curry powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 cup can undiluted beef bouillon or 2 cubes dissolved in 2of water
- 2 cups beef cubed
- 2 cups white rice
- parsley

Instructions
- Sauté onion and green pepper in oil. About 10 minutes. Stir in flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Add bouillon gradually, cook and stir until thick. Add roast, cover and simmer until heated through. Serve on rice with snipped parsley.
