can undiluted beef bouillon or 2 cubes dissolved in 2of water

beef
cubed

cups
white rice
parsley
Instructions
Sauté onion and green pepper in oil. About 10 minutes. Stir in flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Add bouillon gradually, cook and stir until thick. Add roast, cover and simmer until heated through. Serve on rice with snipped parsley.
