Ingredients
- 11/2 lb lean hamburger
- 1 onion chopped big
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
- 11/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 - 20 oz can tomatoes
- 1 - 14 oz can cream corn
- Touch of ketchup
- 11/3 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp onion finely chopped
- 2/3 cup fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2/3 C fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1/3 C butter

Instructions
- Combine egg, soya sauce, and 1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Blend well. Dip pork in egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry meat. Cook thoroughly. Meat may be frozen when cooked and used at a later date. Drain fat.
- Add tomatoes, pineapple and optional (1 small green pepper, cut in bite size pieces) to meat. Cover and cook on medium heat 2 minutes. Add sauce and cook until thickened.
- Combine the sugar with the cornstarch. Add ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pineapple juice. Blend well.
