Combine egg, soya sauce, and 1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Blend well. Dip pork in egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry meat. Cook thoroughly. Meat may be frozen when cooked and used at a later date. Drain fat.
Add tomatoes, pineapple and optional (1 small green pepper, cut in bite size pieces) to meat. Cover and cook on medium heat 2 minutes. Add sauce and cook until thickened.
Combine the sugar with the cornstarch. Add ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pineapple juice. Blend well.
