- 1 cup mild chunky salsa
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions
- In a large non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, brown steaks quickly, about 2 minutes per side. Lower heat, add remaining ingredients to pan. Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with a mixed bean salad and cheese corn bread.
