Ingredients
- 1 lb pork cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp to 2cornstarch
- 2 in medium tomatoes cutpieces
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 14 oz pineapple tidbits
- Sauce
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

- Combine egg, soya sauce, and 1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Blend well. Dip pork in egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry meat. Cook thoroughly. Meat may be frozen when cooked and used at a later date. Drain fat.
- Add tomatoes, pineapple and optional (1 small green pepper, cut in bite size pieces) to meat. Cover and cook on medium heat 2 minutes. Add sauce and cook until thickened.
- For the sauce; combine the sugar with the cornstarch. Add ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pineapple juice. Blend well.
